5 years ago, Giulia lost her husband David in a tragic accident. Since then, she has done everything she can to rebuild her life. Her daily life is now punctuated by her new job, her difficult relationship with her son, and the scar that continues to burn her from time to time… One evening, a stranger climbs into the back of her taxi. Giulia recognises his face and remembers a whole part of the accident that she had forgotten… From then on, Giulia embarks on a dizzying quest for the truth, but she cannot count on the determination of a mysterious hacker who is trying to silence her. To escape this phantom enemy, Giulia is forced to flee with her son and go into a state of “digital death”. No phone, no computer, no credit cards… In an old car, mother and son disappear off the radar and embark on a desperate flight against technology. As they try to find out who wants to harm them, they discover that the key lies somewhere in David’s past, in the man they thought they knew better than anyone else.
