LA PLAGE DES ALLEMANDS

San Agustinillo, located on the Pacific coast of my native Mexico, is the focus of my attention.

Historically inhabited by a family of fishermen, the Avalos, this beautiful
paradise-like landscape has been welcoming new occupants for some time now.
new occupants. Among them are my in-laws1, the von
the von Wuthenau family, wealthy Mexicans of German origin who, for some years now
who, for some years now, have been enjoying a regular escape from chaotic Mexico City.
This tropical refuge, this “new world”, is increasingly fascinating to them,
especially since the pandemic has made their life in the
capital.
